Deep sales expertise, with a strategic partner's view of your whole business.

I drive sales, revenue, and growth. My foundation is in the areas I know best: talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and talent consulting. That's my home base, and it's where I've turned strategy into real revenue. But the work rarely stops there. I partner with leaders at the business level, across any industry, to connect the right talent strategy to the outcomes that actually move the company forward: pipeline, growth, and results that last.

I'm human-centered by default. I care about how people feel: included, connected to the mission, and genuinely part of something. My belief is that you keep the business human while you crush the goals, and that the two reinforce each other rather than compete.
